North Cottonwood Preschool Registration
Preschool registration: Please complete the Preschool enrollment packet. Attach a current copy of the child’s immunization records. Email the completed packet to rebecca.barnes@cwusd.net or mail it to 19920 Gas Point Road, Cottonwood, CA 96022.
The North Cottonwood Preschool is offered year-round to provide your child and family with a consistent schedule. Our preschool follows the district school schedule throughout the school year and follows through to our summer program. We are open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday-Friday.
Children between the ages of 3 and 5 years old, fully potty trained, and current on all required immunizations are eligible for admission to North Cottonwood Preschool regardless of race, religion, national origin, gender, or ethnic group.

Please bring your child’s immunization records with you at the time of registration. You may view and print a
